  • 7.4 kW = single-phase.
  • 11 kW/22 kW = 3-phase.
  • Most homes choose 11 kW.

2) Do I load balancing ?

  • If your meter box is limited or you use many devices at the same time, load balancing prevents load balancing . It automatisch your load capacity automatisch your available capacity.

3) Is this charging station compatible with my vehicle?

  • Yes, virtually all EVs in Europe use Type 2 IEC 62196). Only older or imported models may have Type 1.

4) Which is better: socket or fixed kabel?

  • Socket provides flexibility (you choose your own kabel).
  • Fixed kabel is faster in daily use and always ready.

5) Can I install the charging station outside?

  • Yes. Most charging stations are suitable for outdoor use (splash-proof). Preferably place them out of direct rainwater and ensure correct installatie.

6) Do I need an installer?

  • Yes, we recommend installatie a certified installer. We can also help with installatie a partner in the Netherlands.
