Of course, it may happen that an order does not quite meet your expectations. Perhaps you don't like the product, or there is another reason why you would prefer to return the order. Whatever the reason, at BlackCharge you BlackCharge the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason.
After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product. You will then receive a full refund of the order amount excluding shipping costs, provided that the product has been received by us in good condition.
Return shipping costs
The costs for returning the product from your address to our webshop are at your own expense. These costs are usually around €7.25 per package; please consult your carrier's website for the exact rates.
Terms and Conditions
When exercising your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned in its original condition and packaging, including all accessories supplied, if reasonably possible.
To exercise this right, please contact us at blackcharge. After registering your return, we will refund the amount due within 14 days, provided that the product has been returned in good condition.
Please note: if the product or packaging is damaged beyond what is necessary to assess it, a reduction in value may be charged. Therefore, please handle the product with care and ensure it is properly packaged when returning it.
Exceptions – home batteries and rechargeable batteries
The right of withdrawal does not apply to home batteries and rechargeable batteries, due to the applicable regulations concerning the transport of hazardous substances (ADR legislation, including lithium-ion batteries).
Returns of these products are only possible with prior written permission from BlackCharge. If a battery or rechargeable battery is returned without permission, we reserve the right to refuse the shipment or to charge additional costs for processing and transport.
Business orders
Orders placed in the name of a company or where a company name and/or VAT number is provided are considered business orders.
The right of withdrawal (cooling-off period) does not apply to business orders. Return requests from business customers will only be processed after prior consultation and written approval from BlackCharge.
If a return request is accepted, costs may be incurred, such as:
- Logistics costs for collecting goods;
- Processing or administrative costs (e.g., restocking).
The amount of these costs depends on the supplier involved and will always be communicated to you in advance. The costs are borne by the business customer, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Returned products must be returned unused, complete, and in their original packaging. In case of use or damage, we reserve the right to refuse the return or apply a reduction in value.
Custom-made or specially ordered products are excluded from return, unless otherwise agreed in writing in advance.
