Dit is een socket laadpaal → je hebt een Type 2 laadkabel nodig. Voor maximaal 22 kW is een 3-fase aansluiting vereist (op 1-fase laad je langzamer).

1) Which charging station (kW) do I need?

7.4 kW = single-phase.
11 kW/22 kW = 3-phase.
Most homes choose 11 kW.

2) Do I load balancing ?

Yes, virtually all EVs in Europe use Type 2 IEC 62196). Only older or imported models may have Type 1.

4) Which is better: socket or fixed kabel?

Socket provides flexibility (you choose your own kabel).
Fixed kabel is faster in daily use and always ready.

5) Can I install the charging station outside?

Yes. Most charging stations are suitable for outdoor use (splash-proof). Preferably place them out of direct rainwater and ensure correct installatie.
